— All submitted activities must be open to the public or have some public aspect or form of realisation

— Part of ARL’s annual programme is realised by invitation, according to the selection of the Programme Council and programme heads, while part of the programme activities is selected through this Public Call.

— The realisation of selected proposals depends on available financial resources. In the event of partially approved funding, ARL will, in agreement with the authors, adjust the scope and implementation approach.

— If the same activity is selected through both ARL’s Public Call and the Public Call of HDLU Dubrovnik / Flora Gallery, the programme councils of both institutions will coordinate the realisation.

— ARL will coordinate the implementation of activities with technical, scheduling, spatial, and production conditions, as well as available resources.

— ARL will submit selected proposals to calls for funding from public sources (City of Dubrovnik, Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, Kultura Nova Foundation, etc.). Additionally, we will agree with the author on applying to other available sources of funding for the realisation of the proposed activities.
